Holly Caulder

I joined Buzzacott in February 2012 on the graduate training scheme. I obtained my Chartered Tax Advisor qualification in the UK and Enrolled Agent qualification in the US. I progressed up to partner here at Buzzacott in April 2024. I am actively involved in next generation initiatives at Buzzacott, encouraging more junior team members to begin networking and building their referral networks.

What services do you provide?

I work with a wide range of clients including pension advisers, individuals and trustees. My typical client tends to be American citizens residing in the UK, but I work with a lot of US based clients with non-US assets. I provide both US and UK tax return compliance and also offer bespoke tax advice to US and non-UK domiciled individuals.

Please describe a recently completed project or case, or tell us about the bespoke services that you offer

We provide assistance for clients with their transatlantic moves, be that from the US to the UK or the UK to the US. It is vital that they take tax advice, well ahead of their move to enable efficient US and UK tax planning and to avoid any unforeseen tax downfalls.

What makes you want to be part of The Society?

I have known Lottie for a number of years and followed The Dura Society over this period. After seeing all the good work she has done, I am keen to join the network and connect with other likeminded women.
