About Philippa
Valerie Nestor is an Irish-born property professional based in London and the founder of Nest Relocations Ltd. She began her career in London in 2000 in commercial property before relocating to Melbourne in 2004. There, she worked for a commercial property developer and a private residential practice, where she developed a strong foundation across both sectors.
Returning to London in 2010, Valerie built on her international experience to establish herself in the capital’s residential market. She founded Nest Relocations in 2016 and, over the past decade, has grown it into a trusted partner for major corporate clients and private individuals alike. Her approach is highly tailored, offering a discreet, concierge-style service defined by careful curation, insight, and ease.

Residential property buying and renting in London. Our service offers a bespoke package from initial call and property touring, right through to contract negotiation, review, household staff, household bill set up. Everything necessary until the keys are in our client’s hands.

Just about to exchange on a home for my client. We started working together over 3 years ago when she needed a rental property. After 3 years renting that first property I secured for, my lovely client reached back out to me when she was ready to buy. After touring many properties and neighbourhoods last December and again in February, the perfect home came to us off market through my established local connections. As the property was totally off market, my client was the first in the door and we immediately knew it was THE ONE. It was beautifully renovated by a single lady in her 40’s who sadly passed away only a few months after the renovation; and so it was being sold by her siblings. As part of our offer, I advised my client (also a single lady in her 40’s) to write a personal letter to the owner’s siblings, to let them know how much she appreciates every single minor detail their sister had put into the renovation and how she got a very special feeling in the house, knowing it was meant to be her forever home. We were told by the agent that the letter helped in the decision process to choose my client as the winning offer.
