About
I have been a family law specialist solicitor for over 15 years. I deal with all aspects of family law, and I have a particular expertise in divorce and finance cases which often involve trust and company arrangements with an international dimension.
I have represented many high-profile individuals (global company directors, celebrities, members of the aristocracy and their children) in exceptionally high-value and complicated litigation. As a consequence of this many of my cases have involved confidentiality and privacy law. I am known in the industry to be an exceptional problem solver and a talented litigator.
I am ranked as a Next Generation Partner in Legal 500 2023 and Recommended in Spear’s 500. Comments about me in the leading legal directories include “Amy is a first-class lawyer and leaves no stone unturned” and “She is acknowledged by the market sources as ‘an incredible lawyer’ with forensic attention to detail and solid interpersonal skills.”
As far as I am aware, I was the first solicitor (alongside a colleague) to obtain the court’s permission to serve matrimonial financial proceedings by Facebook.
Awards achieved in my cases have been amongst the largest ever made by the English Court.

iii) Obtaining reporting restrictions against the press;
iv) Global companies with significant value US$1bn+
Pre and post nuptial agreements.
Private law Children Act disputes.
Jurisdiction disputes.
Unmarried couple disputes: - TOLATA, cohabitation agreements, separation agreements and claims for financial provision for a child.
Enforcing a foreign order in England.
Working with foreign lawyers to enforce an English order abroad.
I have recently acted for a spouse in English divorce proceedings. Much of the family’s wealth was held in a complicated European company and trust structure, which part way through the case was subject to an international merger, which saw the family’s wealth relocate to another European jurisdiction. I had to work alongside two different teams of foreign lawyers to ensure that my client’s interest was properly protected.
