About Georgina
Having spent the past 12 years working exclusively with private clients across property and interiors, both in London and Internationally, I have always placed clients at the heart of everything I do. My career began in prime central London and evolved through roles in both boutique real estate then subsequently Director of a globally recognised interior design studio. Across both, I acted as a trusted advisor to UHNW clients, building deep, long-term relationships, offering considered guidance, and always prioritising discretion, integrity, and exceptional service. My approach has consistently centred on understanding the individual behind the brief, ensuring every recommendation is aligned not just with their property goals, but with their lifestyle and values.
Throughout my career, my ethos has remained the same: to represent the client’s best interests at every stage, with honesty, insight, and complete discretion. Transitioning into the buying agency world was a natural evolution, allowing me to offer a truly bespoke service, one that is holistic, lifestyle-led, and grounded in integrity. From sourcing exceptional properties to aligning each purchase with a client’s personal values and long-term vision, my role is to simplify the process while safeguarding their time, investment, and aspirations.
What services do you provide?
With an increasing number of transactions happening off-market and sole agents managing discreet listings, working with a buying advisor is essential for full market access. We specialise in sourcing exceptional properties for purchase or rent, using trusted relationships to secure the best possible price and terms.
In London’s prime market, the challenge isn’t availability, it’s identifying the right opportunities ahead of others. We filter through large volumes of stock to find properties that truly meet our clients’ needs, often advising on what not to buy. Unlike estate agents, our sole focus is on representing the buyer’s interests, ensuring only “best in class” properties are considered.
Once a suitable property is identified, we carry out thorough due diligence; assessing planning, area concerns, and market value based on verified comparable sales. From negotiation through to completion, we manage the entire process, liaising with lawyers, bankers, and surveyors to ensure a seamless, discreet, and stress-free experience.
