About Natalie
Natalie Fruchaud is the Founder of SEREIN and The Impact & Legacy Coach. She works with UHNWI wealth stewards and NextGens seeking what she calls the “outcome trio”: wealth that endures, lives that feel well lived, and capital that creates meaningful impact. Her clients are often well advised on investments and structures, and some are supported therapeutically, yet many lack an impartial space to work through the decisions that sit between family, wellbeing, and enterprise. Natalie operates in that space between advisory and therapy, with a clear focus on optimising human capital and purpose-driven strategy. She brings 35 years of experience across derivatives trading, strategic business development, family offices, and family enterprises, alongside her qualification as a certified wellbeing and life coach. Her work uniquely connects wellbeing, purpose, and human thriving with enterprise value and legacy; this is not generic coaching adapted for family wealth, but a purpose-built approach shaped by lived experience and genuine demand.

Case Study
Natalie worked with the CEO and founder of a global shipping company at a critical turning point. What began as a three-month coaching engagement, focused on articulating and executing a clean energy transition, saw the business move from shipping oil to becoming a green hydrogen midstream infrastructure company. The work evolved into nearly four years of close collaboration, during which Natalie supported the development of clean energy infrastructure, the launch of a hydrogen fuel cell business, and the repositioning of strategy and market narrative to attract aligned partners and capital. Alongside this commercial transformation sat a deeply personal objective: the founder wanted his life’s work to matter and to leave behind a business his family would be proud to inherit. The outcome was a future-proofed enterprise with diversified opportunities, aligned with the values and ambitions of the next generation.
What does Dura mean to you?
Wealth and wellbeing sit at the centre of my work, which is why Dura resonated immediately. Losing my health to ME in my thirties clarified something fundamental for me: human capital is the most crucial asset to optimise. After spending 15 years on the trading floor and much of my career in male-dominated environments, I learned that women are not here to fit in; we bring distinct strengths and attributes that need space to be recognised and consciously developed.
